Stretch-O-Mutt's back as he joins The Pup Star Patrol by his shift shaping powers and imitating their voices as the Dog Star Patrol and they must stop Delilah and the Bad News Birds before it gets out of hand with Snooky Wookums along side Stretch-O-Mutt shift shaping into Snooky Wookums alike.
